I have been buying from Robert for several years. I call the road trips to Huntsville my mini vacations, since I am two and a half hours away. You can tell how concerned he is about his clients he represents. That same concern is passed on to the customers that buy from him. I found this great grandfather clock at one of his recent auctions. When I went to pick it up, it's condition was exactly as described, and better. He is a fine man and a great ambassador for CT.

For 3 months, my wife and I were taken care of by Susan and the Caring Transitions team. Twenty years we had been in our home, and it was time to start a new chapter and downsize to a 2 BR, 1 BA apartment. Susan explained the process from start to finish outlined in the contract. My wife had quite an emotional load to take care of with both her parents deceased - the team, especially Shelly, helped her start out well by going through such a physical collection of memories. Taking the physical part away of sorting, packing, donating, throwing out, and knowing what was worth to online auction was a blessing. Susan communicated very well with her knowledgeable team; she was quick to respond to texts and emails. Our home sold within 2 days to just one buyer in cash - Susan was able to show her flexibility with a busy schedule and get it done with Patrick, of the moving company, that they collaborate with a lot. DONE! With five (5) days to closing! Thank you, Caring Transitions! It was worth every penny.

I love this business! When I go to pick up, they have the lots I won all organized and ready to load up. Today, my help had to cancel at the last minute so they were kind enough to help me load up even though they were under no obligation to do so. Just really wonderful people to do business with! AND they always have cookies!!!

Wendy and her entire Caring transitions Team were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful to our entire family when making the decision to move my elderly mom out of state to Texas. It was beyond seamless and stress free throughout the entire process. They helped us step by step to plan everything turn key from start to finish. From recommending a realtor, setting up and facilitating estate sale, recommending a mover, resettling her things, and helping her decide what things to keep and move. List goes on and on.. My nephew died suddenly. His house was a mess; Caring Transitions came in and orginized everything for the on-line auction; after the final day, cleaned-out everything left. After that, they cleaned the house of all the debris. They did an absolutely amazing job considering how messy everything was at the beginning. Could not believe what an amazing transformation took place. Best part - we did not have to do anything; they did it all. Worth every penny.

We are Realtors and used Caring Transitions to assist out of state sellers with property in California. The house was filled with tons of furniture and memorabilia.
